We're going to do a dawn of worlds game guys!
if you don't know what that is I've put the game rules in the next posts attachment.
I want some stuff from this map, so I have a few rules and/or sugjestions. These are here to make the world more interesting and bizarre.
1. I'd like everyone to refrain from using any races/creatures that are from another setting. That includes standard like dwarves, elves, and even humans. When crating a race/creature, pleas describe them.
2. I'd like it if, in addition to naturally occurring biomes, we do some that don't happen in nature.
3. The corrupt/purify should be used less along the good/evil axis, and should be thought of as the way that culture place acts. Think of it like, how canadians are really polite. For example, you might move along scales like: trusting/untrusting, quick-tempered/zen, or lively/sluggish. To reflect this these actions are being reduced to 2 points in satge 1, and 1 point in stages 2 and 3. When creating a race, you may chose to use this feature on that race up to three times.
4. Avatars are to be set to a lifespan like that of their kind. If you wish, you may have an avatar be not one person, but a bloodline, like in Castlevania, and ever time one would die, you just carry on with the bloodlines successor. That being said, I wish to see some everliving deityish type avatars.
In addition to these rules, I'll be reserving a few extra powers. Namely, tie-breaking, prolonging stages (if need be), deciding outcomes of disputes, and if anyone takes to long I'll declare their turn over, and roll that turns power points for them.
The order we go in a round will be the same order in which we join the game. To join the game, just post you wish to join, and I'll add you into the next round.
To get you thinking this is the map we'll be playing.
1in=50 miles. making this continent roughly the size of australia.
game will start when I wake up tomorrow.
